As revealed on the Modern Warfare subreddit, Cecot has received private messages from players talking about his children “dying horrible deaths.” Cecot didn’t elaborate on the specifics of these messages or point out anyone that may have sent them. Cecot mentioned this when responding to a fan who said they didn’t blame Infinity Ward for avoiding the Call of Duty: Modern Warfare subreddit. He admitted that seeing the negativity on the subreddit “can be rough,” and that he is spending less time on the subreddit as a result of the messages that have been sent to him....
