In the early morning of May 9, Bowling sent out four tweets possibly related to a Modern Warfare 2 Remastered announcement. First, he tweeted two videos. The initial video was a still of Modern Warfare 2, where the protagonists stand in front of a wall, on which there is text that reads, “Operation Kingfish 10/8/13,” probably referring to events from Modern Warfare 2. The video zooms in slowly to capture the face of Ghost, on the far right-hand side of the picture, while playing Johnny Cash’s rendition of “Hurt” over the video....

A player that is known as flappyhappy123 was playing some Call of Duty: Modern Warfare and displayed the true power of a Care Package. The clip begins with the player trying to hold an angle on Shoot House (which is also part of a new playlist at the moment) while playing some Kill Confirmed and it doesn’t take long for the player to die by an enemy. Currently, while a match is in progress, Modern Warfare players can only see their “score,” “kills,” and “assists” whenever they bring up the leaderboard. The lack of other stats such as “captures” and “deaths” promotes players to resort to “camping” in matches, a playstyle that consists of squatting in a high-advantage area the whole game and killing whoever stumbles into your crosshairs. The style is intended to preserve the user’s K/D (kills-to-death ratio) score since killstreaks, and overall-game scoring focuses on killing as many enemies as possible without dying....

The R700 was a powerful sniper rifle in the original Modern Warfare game, with players making good use of the bolt action rifle in Call of Duty 4 and Modern Warfare: Remastered lobbies. While not quite as popular as the M40A3, old school COD fans will be happy to know that the R700 seems to be in the works for Modern Warfare, even if it is currently in an unfinished state....

According to their information, Call of Duty: Modern Warfare Season 7 will start on Thursday, March 11, and it will coincide with a special event in Warzone. Evidently, the Call of Duty: Warzone Verdansk map is going to be destroyed by a nuclear bomb, so that should completely change the complexion of the popular battle royale game....

Although Call of Duty: Vanguard is set during World War II, it has no connection to 2017’s Call of Duty: WW2. Vanguard promises robust multiplayer offerings, with 20 maps, 16 of which can be used for all core playlists, while the remaining 4 will solely be utilized for Champion Hill. It also features a single-player campaign that spans four different frontlines of World War 2, and a Zombies mode which will be developed by Treyarch in collaboration with Sledgehammer Games....

Locate at least two of the Stadium key cards (EL-21, CL-16, and P2-16). Use the key cards to open the corresponding locked rooms in Stadium. There are computers inside of these rooms that will display ciphers when interacted with. Write down the ciphers, including the glyphs (of which there are three distinct kinds). Along with confirming that Call of Duty Season 2 was being delayed, the official Call of Duty Twitter account teased what fans can expect from the new season when it does launch. While specifics are unavailable at this time, Call of Duty is promising “several changes” based on community feedback. A Call of Duty: Warzone player named TheGhostOfHope made a post on Twitter asking both Raven Software and Beenox to “tone down” Radar Jammers on Rebirth Island. To their surprise, the Beenox team decided to respond. Beenox confirmed that it’s aware of player frustrations regarding the Radar Jammer on Rebirth Island. Further, it says that it has a “fix to improve the player experience” currently in development and that further details will be shared soon....

Raven Software’s Ted Timmins is an active Twitter user and is more than comfortable responding to feedback to fans. In this case, a poll was posted by a popular Call of Duty news account that voted in favor of calling Operation Monarch an “L”. A fan pointed Timmins to the poll, leading him to respond. The message from Timmins reads, “I respect all opinions and views, having fun isn’t for everyone....

The Heartbeat Sensor is one of the most popular pieces of equipment used in Warzone.
