Before the new update, Call of Duty: Warzone players that wanted to play by themselves could technically do so by choosing not to fill their squad. However, this put them at a distinct disadvantage, as it meant that they would be by themselves, yet everyone else in the match would have partners watching their back. In Battle Royale Solo, Call of Duty: Warzone players can play by themselves, but have an even playing field as everyone else in the match will be alone as well....

Since backward compatibility launched in November 2015, gamers have enjoyed periodic announcements to the backward compatible library of games. Today, Microsoft’s Larry Hyrb, better known by his gamertag “Major Nelson,” announced four new titles available on Xbox One via backward compatibility, including Call of Duty: World at War. Since backward compatibility was first announced, Call of Duty games have been at the top of the list of requested games. As announced on Twitter, Katheryn Winnick, best known for her role in Vikings, will be playing Marie Fischer. As described in the update, the newest 2v2 map is called Verdansk Stadium. The map is a much smaller version of the Stadium in Warzone, which is being used in a new glitch to help players become invincible. The map takes place “on the pitch level of the larger Stadium” and is described as an extremely small playing space like the other gunfight maps. Players will use the Stadium’s “tents, crates and other obstacles for cover....
