It seems some fans think that grenades “cheapen” the Gulag, as it makes the mode less about gun skill and more about getting a lucky grenade throw. More specifically, fans seem to take issue with stun grenades in the Gulag, as the amount of time it leaves one stunned virtually guarantees a victory for the player that threw it....

Case in point, a recent stream from Trainwrecks on Twitch, who encountered an infuriating, game-breaking bug while playing an intense game of Warzone with a team of friends. The glitch in question occurred while the streamer was pressed up against a tree, with Trainwrecks raging after his in-game avatar became stuck inside the object, preventing him from moving. Call of Duty: WW2’s first expansion is called The Resistance and it will launch on January 30th as a timed-exclusive for PlayStation 4. PC and Xbox One owners can expect to see The Resistance hit their platform of choice roughly a month later, assuming Call of Duty: WW2 follows the same DLC release pattern as the previous games in the series. While Treyarch is perhaps best known by Call of Duty fans for its Black Ops sub-series of games, the studio also had a hand in working on content for Call of Duty: Vanguard. Call of Duty outlet CharlieIntel has confirmed that Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 will launch with only ten 6v6 maps available on day one, excluding the Valderas Museum beta map. This was announced alongside a video showing the map rotation for the launch which includes the Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 multiplayer maps that beta players didn’t have access to like Al Bagra Fortress, Mercado Las Almas, and Zarqwa Hydroelectric....

A Call of Duty leaker known as TheGamingRevolution claims that Call of Duty Modern Warfare is going to be getting a Supply Drop system that is going to replace the fair system and salvage mechanic. Unfortunately, the potential leak also reveals that the supply drops are not just for cosmetic items like titles and emblems but will also include new weapons. While none of this is official and could still be false, TheGamingRevolution does have good track record, having first leaked the existence of the 2v2 Gun Fight mode....

The Call of Duty: Modern Warfare Season 6 PS4-exclusive content includes a new Combat Pack that is exclusive to PlayStation Plus subscribers on PS4. The bundle includes an Epic Rodion “Red Death” skin, Epic “Shivvie” melee weapon, Epic “Slipshod” handgun weapon blueprint, Epic “Ball and Chain” charm, Epic “Don’t Back Down” calling card, Epic “Gulag” emblem, Epic “Inside Job” sticker, and a 60 minute double XP token. Modern Warfare PS4 players can also unlock the Tide Pool blueprint for the HDR sniper rifle, though they have to complete a five-step mission to do so....

The sniper is called the Rytec AMR, and will be available in Call Of Duty: Modern Warfare on June 29 at 11PM PT. There will be two ways to unlock the gun. One is through an in-game challenge that is yet to be announced. The other is to get a blueprint variant through the “Lost Souls” bundle in the store. According to this one leak, it appears that Warzone’s Metro subway system, which has been locked up tight for the last five seasons, will be opened up in Season 6. Opening Bunker 11 in Call of Duty: Warzone is a multi-step process, whereas opening the other bunkers in the game merely require a keycard. Once players manage to get inside Bunker 11, they will find a nuclear warhead, and while that could just be for decoration, in actuality, it will supposedly be what triggers a major map change. This is according to VGC, citing sources close to Warzone, though details on how the map will change exactly have not been revealed....

There have already been spooky updates in Warzone but many have been keen to get their hands on skins and unique features. Fortunately, the recent October 13 update has now added a host of cosmetics for players to try out. These new features will come at a cost but with 27 new bundles to choose from, they will likely tempt some players. The new skins also pay homage to a number of horror films....

With new operators, players also have new weapons to experience in Warzone. These inclusions come alongside some balance changes for existing weapons in the game. Among the new releases are the MG 82 LMG and C58 Assault Rifle. While most players are satisfied with the assault rifle, MG 82 LMG has become a nightmare soon after release. There are multiple complaints coming out suggesting that the MG 82 is completely broken in Warzone....
