The video appears to show the Stadium location on the Warzone map, followed by an explosion that wipes out the camera feed. Some have speculated that the explosion is from a nuclear bomb, but it’s possible that it’s a smaller-scale explosion. In any case, this could be how Warzone will open up Stadium for players to actually get inside, which is something that has been rumored to be coming to the game for some time now.

Previously, Activision teased that Warzone Season 5 would be adding a movable train to the map in a video sent to popular pro Call of Duty player NICKMERCS. It seems Warzone Season 5 teasers can pop up in just about any stream, so fans will want to keep an eye out in the days and weeks ahead.

The Warzone Season 5 start date is expected to be Wednesday, August 5, so fans just have to wait a couple more weeks to see what all is going to happen. Besides Verdansk map changes, rumors have indicated that Warzone Season 5 could also see the start of Activision officially revealing Call of Duty 2020, which has remained secret despite the fact that the vast majority of Call of Duty games are revealed by the end of May every year.

Call of Duty: Warzone datamining efforts have found evidence of Black Ops series items possibly coming to Warzone in future updates. This includes things like the RC-XD killstreak as well as Cold War-era spy planes. Whether or not any of this content is actually planned for the Warzone battle royale remains to be seen, but hopefully more information will come to light in the next few weeks.

Meanwhile, fans can expect Warzone Season 5 to add new weapons, a new Battle Pass, and more. Season 5 will likely also include some major content for the standard Modern Warfare multiplayer, like new maps, so fans should stay tuned for more information.
