This latest Call of Duty: Warzone glitch seems to happen when players attempt to revive their fallen teammate. If the revive animation is interrupted, sometimes Warzone players will use their hands, and their guns, completely. It’s unclear if there is a way to fix this glitch, but Reddit user rizoni, who posted a clip of it in action, says that attempting to change weapons didn’t work for them.

Since this Call of Duty: Warzone glitch essentially makes it impossible for players to win a match, one has to imagine that Infinity Ward will be looking into fixing it sooner rather than later. Infinity Ward releases new updates for Warzone on a near-weekly basis, and so it’s possible that a fix for this issue will come in next week’s update. That being said, Warzone updates are on hold now in support of the Black Lives Matter movement, so it’s possible that fans of the battle royale will have to wait a little longer than expected for the next update.
This isn’t the only animation glitch that players have discovered in Call of Duty: Warzone. Warzone players have also been running into a glitch that shows their character wrap bandages around their arms. Bandages are a common healing item in battle royale games, but Warzone doesn’t have bandages, which makes that glitch especially odd. Fans have theorized that bandages were planned in Warzone but removed before launch, or maybe bandages are set to be added in Warzone Season 4.
That remains to be seen, as does the Warzone Season 4 release date. Originally, Warzone Season 4 was supposed to start on June 3, but it was delayed indefinitely in light of the Black Lives Matter protests taking place in the United States and all over the world. No new Warzone Season 4 release date has been announced yet, but dataminers have found evidence that it could be planned for June 10.
Call of Duty: Warzone is out now for PC, PS4, and Xbox One.
