There is a game-breaking bug associated with the Call of Duty: Warzone Most Wanted contracts that makes players lose all of their weapons if they happen to revive a teammate when the contract is finishing up. It’s possible Infinity Ward pulled the Most Wanted contracts from the game while it works to fix this bug, though it’s also possible that Most Wanted contracts were removed due to fan backlash.
Call of Duty: Warzone Most Wanted contracts were criticized for a couple of different reasons. For one, many fans felt as though the rewards for the contract didn’t justify how difficult they were to complete. Secondly, Infinity Ward decided to replace regular bounties with the Most Wanted contracts, which upset fans as bounty contracts were a popular feature in the game.
It will be interesting to see if Infinity Ward adds Most Wanted contracts back to Call of Duty: Warzone in the future. If so, it seems likely that the developers will leave regular bounty contracts in the game next time, as that seems to be the primary reason why fans were upset about the Most Wanted contracts. However, that’s just speculation at this time, as Infinity Ward has not announced its intentions when it comes to Most Wanted contracts.
Call of Duty: Warzone is out now for PC, PS4, and Xbox One.
