Call Of Duty Warzone 2 Reveal Date And Time Confirmed

Call of Duty: Warzone 2.0 is the sequel to the popular Call of Duty: Warzone BR, built from the ground-up to work alongside Modern Warfare 2. Activision has not revealed much about Call of Duty: Warzone 2 beyond that it’s in development, but the Call of Duty Next event is expected to reveal plenty of new information about the game and what exactly it will entail.

Call of Duty fans who are interested in watching the Call of Duty: Warzone 2 reveal finally know the time the event will start. As announced by Activision, the Call of Duty Next event will take place on Thursday, September 15 at 10:00am PT. After the event is over, fans will be treated to live gameplay sessions hosted by famous streamers and content creators, though it’s unclear if those sessions will feature all the Call of Duty games at the event or only Modern Warfare 2.

The three Call of Duty games at the event will be Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2, Call of Duty: Warzone 2, and Call of Duty: Warzone Mobile. The Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 multiplayer beta is kicking off on September 16 for PlayStation gamers with early access, so fans can expect more details about what the beta has in store. The Call of Duty: Warzone Mobile portion will likely confirm what’s already been teased, that the fan favorite Verdansk map is returning, though it’s less clear what fans can expect from the Call of Duty: Warzone 2 portion.

The most likely scenario is that the event will be used to announce the Call of Duty: Warzone 2 release date. Activision has not announced the game’s release date at the time of this writing, but a leaked document has suggested that it will launch on November 16. If the Call of Duty: Warzone 2 release date is announced at Call of Duty Next as speculated, it will be interesting to see if the official release date matches the leak.
