The original Call of Duty: Warzone kept track of players’ wins, K/D ratio, and other important statistics, but this feature has been absent in Call of Duty: Warzone 2 since launch. Understandably, many fans have been upset about Call of Duty: Warzone 2’s lack of Combat Records. Luckily, Warzone 2 will be adding Combat Records when the Season 1 Reloaded update goes live on December 14 at 10am PT, but they won’t be retroactive.

What this means is that all the Call of Duty: Warzone 2 wins, kills, etc. that players have earned since the launch of Season 1 on November 16 will not be tracked. Everyone will essentially be starting from zero, with statistics only taken into account from the Season 1 Reloaded update on December 14 onwards. Needless to say, this is likely to upset Call of Duty: Warzone 2 players who have been playing since launch and were hoping to keep track of everything they’ve accomplished in the game so far.

No reason was given as to why Combat Records in Call of Duty: Warzone 2 won’t include the first month of the game’s release. While this is a disappointing development for dedicated Call of Duty: Warzone 2 players who have played the game extensively since its launch last month, the good news is that their statistics should be tracked from the December 14 update onwards. Of course, that’s assuming there are no technical issues or other problems with tracking that arise after the update.

When the original Call of Duty: Warzone wrapped up, players were able to use their accounts to get a detailed recap of their stats in the game. Many Call of Duty: Warzone players noted that the stats from this were inaccurate and did not properly reflect their in-game statistics. Considering this, fans maybe shouldn’t hold their breath that the Combat Records in Call of Duty: Warzone 2 will be 100% accurate when they’re added with the Season 1 Reloaded update on December 14.

Call of Duty: Warzone 2 is available now for PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X.
