Call of Duty: Vanguard and Warzone recently received a new trailer that shows off the new content the games will receive as a part of the Season 2 mid-season event. Call of Duty: Vanguard is set to receive a new multiplayer mode called Arms Race where players will have to capture bases, secure the Nebula V case, and destroy the base of the opposing team in order to secure a victory. Thankfully, Sledgehammer Games has fixed a longstanding issue with the game before the new update arrives.

The issue that the game had related to its aim assist, as it would regularly flicker in and out during firefights, causing players to be unable to hit their targets accurately. The game’s aim assist issue has been around for a few months at this point, so players will likely be glad to see that it has finally been fixed. Sledgehammer Games also noted that a similar fix will be coming to Call of Duty: Warzone soon.

Unfortunately, Vanguard also has multiple other issues that players would like to see fixed. One of the main gripes some players have had is that the Whitley LMG in Call of Duty: Vanguard needs to be nerfed. These players have noted that the weapon currently seems to be nearly impossible to counter, owing to its high damage and ridiculously high fire rate.

Players have also found a glitch in Call of Duty: Vanguard that lets players wall hack long after using the Glide Bomb killstreak. This is a serious issue, as it gives players a massive advantage over their enemies and could be abused if users find a way to consistently replicate it.

In addition to that, a hiding spot in the Dome map makes Call of Duty: Vanguard players unkillable. This is not the first time that players have found a hiding spot that they are able to abuse like this, and it will therefore be in the best interest of Sledgehammer Games to rectify this issue and others in the same vein that arise before more players begin to consistently abuse the glitch.

Call of Duty: Vanguard is available now on PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X.
